Homeowner Karen Zoccoli shares why she loved working with Viking Kitchens Designer Larry Pelletier to remodel her kitchen and bathroom.

While guiding her through Viking Kitchens’ New Britain showroom and the details of available cabinet options, Viking Design Larry Pelletier introduced homeowner Karen Zoccoli to Greenfield Cabinetry. Karen fell in love, and especially with an inset door design: “It’s a little more contemporary look, “says Karen. “It’s a little more upscale cabinetry than I’ve ever had, and I really like it.”

Larry went to work on the design, to accommodate both the height of the cabinets and to balance the height of the rear wall and the range cabinets. The rear wall of the kitchen was challenging because there was no soffit, so Larry recommended creating extra height in the kitchen wall. He also designed custom crown moulding to tie in the design.

Karen loves the results: “I love the inset cabinets. They really exceeded my expectations, and it’s all just beautiful. They’re very roomy and the space is great…it accommodates everything we need to do in the kitchen. The whole flow of the kitchen is nice…it’s become the hub of the house!”

For Karen and her family, the whole experience was great: “We’re just really happy! Working with Larry, and Viking Kitchens, was a great experience, especially with designing the cabinet making sure they fit right. Everything, from the planning to the ordering, was seamless. And really, I’m just very, very happy with the finished product. They did a great job!”

For us, the extra work and attention to detail to make Karen and her family happy was well worth it.
