Kitchen Designer & Sales Position
Viking Kitchen Cabinets is a well-established kitchen and bath cabinetry and countertop supplier with deep roots in the building supply industry. Based in Connecticut, we proudly serve new construction, remodeling and multi-family communities throughout Connecticut and Southern New England.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with established accounts, including custom builders, remodeling contractors and retail customers, in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Location: New Britain, CT
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Vice President of Sales
Compensation: From $75,000 per year + commission
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to create customized kitchen and bath cabinetry designs.
- Utilize design software to develop detailed layouts and renderings.
- Work closely with clients to ensure projects align with their needs, timelines and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with established accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in kitchen sales and design.
- Proficiency in 2020 Design Software.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid Connecticut driver’s license.
- Ability to reliably commute to New Britain, CT (Monday through Friday).
